Grapefruit: Grapefruit has antimalarial properties & may help reduce fever. Eating grapefruit or drinking grapefruit juice may help manage symptoms.
Coconut water: Coconut water is a natural electrolyte & can help prevent dehydration, which is a common complication of malaria.
