Ways to move on after breakup

Going through a breakup can be an emotionally challenging experience. 

It can be difficult to let go of the relationship, the memories, & the plans you made for the future. 

However, it is important to take the time to process your emotions & find healthy ways to move on. 

Give yourself time to grieve:

Allow yourself to feel the emotions that come with the breakup, such as sadness, anger, & frustration. 

Avoid contacting your ex, at least in the beginning, to give yourself space to heal.

Cut off contact with your ex:

Take care of your physical, mental, & emotional well-being. This may include getting enough sleep, eating well, exercising, spending time with loved ones. 

Focus on self-care:

Take time to reflect on what you learned from the relationship & how it contributed to your personal growth.
