Yoga to deal with hangovers.

While yoga cannot cure a hangover, it can help alleviate some of the symptoms & promote relaxation & detoxification.

Child's pose (Balasana): This pose can help alleviate headaches & calm the mind. Start on your hands & knees, then sit back on your heels with your arms stretched out in front of you.

Downward-facing dog (Adho Mukha Savasana): This pose can help alleviate tension in the neck & shoulders & promote blood flow to the brain.

Start on your hands & knees, then lift your hips up & back to create an inverted V-shape with your body.

Bridge pose (Setu Bandha Sarvang asana): This pose can help stimulate the liver & kidneys, which are responsible for detoxification. 

Lie on your back with your knees bent & feet flat on the floor, then lift your hips up while pressing your feet & arms into the ground. 

Supine twist (Supta Matsyendra Ana): This pose can help alleviate tension in the back & improve digestion. 

Lie on your back with your arms stretched out to the sides, then bring one knee up & over the opposite leg, twisting your spine.

Corpse pose (Savasana): This pose can help promote relaxation & reduce stress.

Lie on your back with your arms & legs stretched out, & focus on deep, slow breathing.

It's important to stay hydrated & avoid overexertion when practicing yoga with a hangover.
