Child's pose (Balasana): This pose can help alleviate headaches & calm the mind. Start on your hands & knees, then sit back on your heels with your arms stretched out in front of you.
Downward-facing dog (Adho Mukha Savasana): This pose can help alleviate tension in the neck & shoulders & promote blood flow to the brain.
Start on your hands & knees, then lift your hips up & back to create an inverted V-shape with your body.

Lie on your back with your arms & legs stretched out, & focus on deep, slow breathing.
